It is a monument built in 1800, ie in the last year of the 18th century. At first glance, it impresses us that it is a column. The columns were taken over as monuments about 50 years before our monument was built. Their popularity stems from ancient Rome, where the pillar and the triumphal arch were the highest honor, as a monument to truly important personalities (see Trajan's Column - Rome). Ours is not so monumental, but still interesting. On the elevated stairs there is a pedestal with a blackboard. On it is a characteristic Ionic column, crowned by the figure of the whipped Christ.
