Magdalena Purman's husband was a poacher and was killed at the top by another poacher, Slavik of Pila. The widow then lived in an unmarried relationship with another man, who drank and also ended unhappily. He once fell out of the car and killed himself. When Magdalena's son became a priest (he was supposed to be the first priest in Doľany), he had a primitive cross built on the way to Huta. The cross was to be a plea for the redemption of the sins of the family, and during the procession it was consecrated to the cross, in which the whole village took part. Since then, the place at the cross has been called Killed (we don't know if the cross was built at the place of death of one of the men).
