Cherry Bird became a finalist Tree of the Year 2021. It grows in the places of the former glassworks, which was already operating in these places in the 17th century. After the demise of the glassworks, only a small settlement remained. Today, this settlement is reminiscent only of the overgrown foundations of houses and solitary old fruit trees: apples and pears. But among them, at first glance, everyone is fascinated by the monumentality of a single tree - an ancient cherry, which confirms the forgotten uniqueness of this place. Given the place where it grows, it is probably a noble old variety
