In the fifties of the 20th century, a chestnut three-row straight alley was planted between the stopping chapels. The second half of the 20th century brought gradual degradation. Since 2014, reconstruction work has been carried out on Calvary under the leadership of the city, as part of which the chapel of St. Mary Magdalene and the sculpture of the Crucifixion. The gradual restoration of the individual stops of the Stations of the Cross was also carried out, and new sidewalks and greenery were added so that the Calvary could serve its original purpose. On the meadow above Kalváriou there is a relaxation zone with beautiful carved elements.
