Originally a Gothic church dating from the 13th century. It underwent many reconstructions and modifications, until in 1829 the church got its current, classicist, appearance. Only the tower and the entrance portal have been preserved from the original building. Inside the church, four Gothic panel paintings from the original main altar are worth noting. A rarity in the church is the Gothic bronze baptismal font from 1390 by bell-founder Ján Weygel.
