The museum provides guide services, if necessary in a foreign language. There is also an offer of an audiovisual program focusing on the process of glass production, the screening of video films with a glass theme and also a consulting service from its specialization. Near the museum there is a brand store of the local glassworks, where visitors can buy a variety of products.
