The only known cave in the Prešov district since 1999 has been the Zlá Diera Cave near the village of Lipovce (also called the ZLA DŽURA Cave in the local dialect). Evil Hole is exceptional precisely in a very sensitive way of access, in which the visitor with a helmet on his head walks with a guide through a mysterious underground.

The only known cave in the Prešov district since 1999 has been the Zlá Diera Cave near the village of Lipovce (also called the ZLA DŽURA Cave in the local dialect). Evil Hole is exceptional precisely in a very sensitive way of access, in which the visitor with a helmet on his head walks with a guide through a mysterious underground.

The cave is not electrically lit, so visitors shine with traditional cave carbides, or they can use their own light. The basic route takes about 40 minutes. It is physically undemanding, suitable for small children (the youngest participant was 6 weeks old, the oldest 84 years old). Sturdy shoes and warmer clothing are needed (there are 7 degrees in the cave).
