The chapel stands at the turnoff to Zvončín in Hoštáky, it is mentioned as early as 1860. At the beginning of April 1945, the older chapel was damaged by a Soviet tank. A new chapel was built on the original site in November 1946. It was built by the local mason Anton Plachý. In 2003, after years, the chapel was repaired by believers from Suchá, and on May 4, the chapel was blessed by the parish priest Peter Cibira.
