The rectory building, built during the period of operation of the Vdp. parish priest Jozef Balka (1795 - 1834), was demolished in 1995 and until 1996 there was no parish in Budmerice. With the help of the faithful of Budmeríc and Jablonec, the building of the new rectory near the church was completed in 2002 and approved in 2003.
