At the request of the count, Szilárd Várdai built an apartment for the gardener and carriage, a horse-drawn carriage, a carriage house, a fire station, a laundry room and a waterworks near the manor house, which was always on the list of technical monuments in Slovakia. The buildings are located not far from each other on the road from the village under the park.
