The youngest permanent exhibition of the SNM in Martin is the Museum of the Czechs in Slovakia. The mission of this museum is to bring closer the authentic environment and the work of husband and wife PhDr. Anny and academician Jiří Horákovcov, important personalities documenting the traditions of the relationship between Czechs and Slovaks. Their common life expresses the idea of cooperation between the Czech and Slovak nations in the conditions of a common Czechoslovak state.
