The grapes are gently processed, after mill-trimming they are pressed on a pneumatic press, they go through sludge removal, controlled fermentation and finally maturation in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels with a volume of 1400 l.
As our production is not large and will not increase much in the future, we would like to enrich the Slovak wine market with quality varietal wines and varietal wines with attributes, which will be sought after in wine shops and well known among all who like quality wine.
We believe that we will succeed and we will be able to present wines made from our own grape production, especially from Slovak new nobles on the Slovak and possibly foreign markets.
