How to do it:
Clean the onion and finely chop. Fry the onion cubes in a glass on the melted butter in a pan, set the pan aside and let it cool. Mix cottage cheese with sour cream, eggs and spelled flour. Season with salt and pepper. Add the fried onions with butter. Heat a little olive oil in a pan. Make small pancakes from the cheese filling and bake them until golden brown. Serve on a green salad.
