From the village of Pavlice we head to Slovenská Nová Ves , these two villages are 5.8 km apart, about 6 minutes with ideal traffic. It is a village with only 500 inhabitants and is inhabited by residents of Italian and French nationality. The dominant feature of this village is the Roman Catholic church , dating from the 18th century, belongs to St. Joseph.   A single-nave longitudinal space with an oval closure of the presbytery, vaulted with Prussian vaults with inter-vaulted strips. The facades of the church are divided by lysines. The built-in tower with a brick pyramidal roof is inserted into the main gable volute facade. The extension of this church was made of charity.

The inhabitants of Slovenská Nová Ves can look forward to a monograph next year. Yes, this village has also decided to write its history and present in order to remain as a reminder of how contemporaries lived - the ancestors of generations that will come after them.

Next we move to the village Cífer . The two villages are only 5.3 km apart, so the transfer will only take about 5-6 minutes by car. It is a picturesque village that hides various rich archeological finds, cultural events and monuments. The local part of Pác and Jarná also belongs to the village. We can start the route by visiting the Cífer parish, where the Memorial Room of the Sacred Embroidery of Mária Hollósa has been open since 2017 . How about a walk along the Korza in Cífer? We will start our walk from the bridge on which the statue of St. Ján Nepomucký. On your left you will see a municipal building, also called a SHEPHERD. There used to be poor people in it. Originally it was a stable for bulls and a station for horses on the Bratislava-Trnava horse railway line. Again on the right hand you will see a meadow that serves as a ford for horses returning from the field. When you get to the end, there was a municipal slaughterhouse in front of the railway line, but today it is a functioning municipal brickyard. To the right the road continued to the Upper End and again to the left to "Little Prague". If we continue along the promenade, we will reach the intersection of Masárská and Hornokončianská streets. Here in the open there was a well where people went to pump water.   Pekár Butchery was located on the corner of Masárská Street . In the place of the current Municipal Office, Potraviny Schwarz was also with a petrol station, next to them another Potraviny Karol Hradský. Robert Géry Bakery also followed with a shop. Three houses further was the Butcher Šuber. The last building you will see on this page is the Small Mansion. On the other side of the road, in the place of the current CBA, stood a burgher's house. . In the neighborhood, the Cifercians built the Orlovna building on their own. It was located in its premises and the bowling alley was also widely used by men. There was a Municipal Granary on the site of the confectionery . Next to it, in the place of the current florist, was the General "Šupáreň" - a prison cell. If we continue to the lower end you will see the church of St. Michael the Archangel.

At the place where the church of St. Michal Archangel , is the third church. There is no information about the origin of the church. Since it existed in the second half of the 13th century, as did the churches in the surrounding villages, we can assume that it was built in the Romanesque style. After the destruction of the church by fire in 1638, it was built in its place in the years 1639-1642. In 1934, it was considered to preserve this architectural monument and a new site was sought for the construction of a new church. Construction began in May 1934 and the consecration of the church took place on June 23, 1935, exactly on the 293rd anniversary of the consecration of the old church (1642) . During the foundation of the walls under the stairs to the choir, they discovered a mass grave in the church with skeletons cast in lime from a period of a cholera epidemic . From the old church, a renovated facility was installed in the new one - three altars, a pulpit, a baptistery, five statues and 14 paintings of the Stations of the Cross, which are quality art and carving work. From the original windows, two windows were used behind the altar, three behind the organ and two in the gables of the transept. Near this church is the local poorhouse and building of the Roman Catholic Folk School and the local parish. And this is where our walk ends.

When we have already seen these sacral monuments in Pavlice and Nová Slovenská Ves, in Cífer and its local parts Pác and Jarná, then it is good to visit one of the local restaurants Karlov dvor , where there is also the possibility of accommodation. Thanks to this restaurant, your taste buds will come to their senses. Have lunch in a beautiful setting. The staff at this restaurant are friendly and can explain exactly what they have to offer, which is a big plus. We really recommend it if you are interested in tasting something new and unconventional.

I hope that you still rule after lunch, which you spent in Charles Court, because Hrnčiarovce nad Parnou is still waiting for us, which are 7.7 km away from Cífer, we will travel only a little more than to the previous villages. Hrnčiarovce nad Parnou, they are located about 5 km from Trnava and there we could also look at the church of St. Martin , which stands in the middle of the village in the cemetery and is freely accessible to everyone.   The reconstruction of the entire interior took place in this church. During the reconstruction, research was also carried out on the finds in the walls of the sanctuary, as well as part of the original ceiling painting. There is also a crypt under the church and there are a number of old graves right next to the foundations. He was consecrated by St. Martin and contains his life-size statue and is located in his main altar. The left altar is dedicated to the Virgin Mary and the right altar to the Divine Heart of Jesus.

And as the last village here we have Voderady. There are monuments such as the manor house, the Templar gate and the church of St. Andrew. There is also a legend about the village and it is said that in ancient times the monks came to the place where Voderady is now. There was no water anywhere, and after a long search, they finally managed to discover a spring in the territory of Malý Mačkáver, and out of gratitude they built a chapel and wrote " SME-VODE-RADI" on it.

We will say something about the church of St. Andrew. It is a parish Baroque church and its single-nave building, forms a polygonal closure of the presbytery and is vaulted with a barrel vault with ridges and a lunette. It consists of a three-storey church tower, which has a double roof and a stone entrance portal. The tower had three bells in the past, but only one remained. The facade of the church consists of a memorial plaque of Tomáš Baranyay with a coat of arms and an inscription, and above the plaque is a statuette of the Virgin Mary with Jesus. From the outside of the church you will see the entrance to the crypts, in which members of the Zichy family are buried. Of the original interior, only the Baroque pulpit, Calvary and wooden benches have been preserved. Above the altar you will see a picture of St. Ondrej . To the right of the church is a monument in memory of fallen soldiers in Voderady in World War I. On the left are carved the names of fallen bachelors and on the other side of the fallen men. Behind the church is a small but nicely landscaped park and on the left behind the church is the cave of the Virgin of Lourdes.

We will move to the Voderanský manor house and this manor house is the oldest monument in the village. Unfortunately, he doesn't know when they built it. He is best known for his collection of art and historical objects from around the world and his collection of rare books. Many saved monuments are located in the Trnava Museum, in the Museum on the Red Stone and in the Historical Museum in Bratislava. You can rent the mansion for weddings, family celebrations, corporate events, art photography, exhibitions, theater and music performances. The interior of the building is interesting in that its dominant feature is a one-armed staircase and a ceremonial hall on the first floor of which the machine is decorated with stucco ornaments. There is even a legend that in the past the manor belonged to the Templars and there should be a castle. It is currently under renovation, but there should be an educational trail, rest areas for children and adults, romantic flower nooks and many other surprises. So we have something to look forward to in the future, but it is already quite nicely renovated, so if you have a holiday, a wedding, you can rent its premises.

After this round trip we can stop at Pizzeria La Moto . If you love Italian cuisine, you don't have to go far, but you will love it right in Voderady. It is connected to the Japan Moto store. The Italian-style restaurant serves almost 30 types of pizza and a variety of pasta salads and desserts. Depending on how long you visit it, they have an offer. For example, in winter you will enjoy hot alcoholic and soft drinks. And again in the summer you will enjoy the draft beer Litovel Maestro , which has a unique excellent taste and foam with an avalanche effect. Italian coffee La Messicana.
