LYRA is a handmade chocolate. They use only the highest quality natural products for production: cocoa from criollo and trinitario cocoa trees FINO DE AROMA, which is only about 6% of total world cocoa production, plantation cocoa from different parts of Colombia, cane sugar, natural vanilla, lyophilized fruit, sugar cane flowers, California almonds, cinnamon from Sri Lanka, Morello cherries. And all this without the addition of chemicals or aromatic substances.

Their story began in 2008 when they tried to import Belgian pralines to Slovakia, but without success. Then they embarked on their own hot chocolates made from real chocolate and successfully. Thanks to the positive response, it didn't take long and the idea of making other chocolate products was born in their heads. The turning point came in 2009, they met the Colombian company Casa Luker, which reminded them of their own plantations in South America and became their partner. This opened up a world of quality chocolate chocolates , which they were not used to. They understood that making quality chocolate means knowing every farmer, every tree, every detail, knowing the whole path of cocoa and devoting enough time to it.

In addition, in 2017, they began to cooperate and purchase high-quality cocoa from the Shuarov Indians in Ecuador and have long supported several activities at home and abroad. They are of the opinion that it is not just about us, but also about the environment in which we do business. For them, the lyre means a return to nature.

About thirty people work on Lyra chocolate and work under Karol Stýbl , who graduated from the Barry Callebaut Chocolate Academy in Belgium, worked on plantations in Colombia, trained with chocolater Emmanuel Hamon in France and obtained the title of Fino de Aroma Master Chef Chocolatier . He invents and they produce.

Today, Lyra is also praised by the largest "chocolate bars" - they use only quality raw materials for the production of chocolate, which they import from Colombia.
Lyra's biggest secret is Colombian cocoa Fino de Aroma, which makes up only six percent of the world's cocoa production and is characterized by fruity and floral aromas. Lyra chocolates are characterized by a color sprinkling - sugared flower petals, nuts or dried fruits, but especially the amount of love in each tablet.

In the future, they would like to expand their product portfolio, they would like to continue to develop new products from the highest quality raw materials and they hope that they will not disappoint their customers. We are proud that Slovakia can boast of a company for the production of quality chocolate. In addition to being called LYRA, we can also confirm that it is one of the best chocolates in the world.
