WASH YOUR HANDS

Cover your nose and mouth when you cough and sneeze with a pocket or bent elbow. Boil meat and eggs thoroughly, avoid unprotected contact with wild or farm animals.

If you have returned from the affected areas

1.Check your health during the incubation period - 14 days after return
2. Pay attention to thorough hand hygiene, increased disinfection of surfaces, cough and sneeze into paper towels, which you then throw in the basket. If possible, limit visits to areas with more people
3. if you experience symptoms such as cough, fever, difficulty breathing, sore throat, headache, joints, contact your
doctor or emergency medical service and inform them of your stay in the risk area
4. If the doctor suspects an infection, he / she can send you to an infectious clinic, which will determine the next step
5. If you are asymptomatic and still suspect infection with the new coronavirus, you may, at your discretion, undergo home isolation for 14 days

Symptoms of the disease

Fever, usually above 38 ° C, cough, initially dry, later with coughing up mucus, difficulty breathing and shortness of breath, muscle pain, headache, fatigue.
