The beginnings of our winery date back to the 60s of the last century, when Jozef Navara st. processed grapes from his small vineyard. The processed grapes were intended only for their own consumption, in a few hundred liter demijohns. What began as a hobby grew in 2002 into a family business, in which the whole family is involved today. Jozef Navara Jr. as chief technologist, son Michal as marketing representative, daughter Katarína, who is responsible for adjustment, and wife Alena as the heart of the company.

Every year we participate in international wine competitions in Slovakia and abroad with medal placements. One of the biggest successes is the presentation in the National Wine Salon of the Slovak Republic and in the Hall of Fame of Little Carpathian wines.

Jozef Navara, as the chairman of the Association of Winemakers, Winemakers and Friends of Wine in Veľký Biel, annually organizes the prestigious international exhibition competition BielVinalia, which is a nomination exhibition of grapes for the National Wine Salon of the Slovak Republic.

Our production reaches 30 thousand bottles per year. We bet on quality and we exclusively specialize in the production of adjective wines. Most of the grapes come from winegrowers from the Malokarpatska and South Slovak wine-growing regions.

During production we apply controlled fermentation of wines - monitoring of fermentation temperature during fermentation and production of wines by batonage technology. We keep red wines in barriques, where microoxidation of wines is expected.
