If we not only talk about it, but also do everything we can to make our wines unique, born on our vines, if we take responsibility for the fact that quantity has never been and will not be at the expense of quality, if we strongly reject the use of various excipients. , which uniform the wines and the value of the land, only then can real artisan wines be born in our small cellars. These are wines that include the true values of our vineyards, the minerality of our homeland, as well as the humble work and faith of the winemaker and grape grower.
History
We have been working around the family orchard and pub since our childhood. The idea to prepare our own wine and fill it into bottles matured in 2004-2005. Our first individual wine was associated with the year 2006, but a real change in terms of the life of our pub occurred in 2008 based on growing experience. We chose a path centered on natural conditions, close-to-nature grape growing and wine preparation, based on traditional methods. We manage nine hectares of vineyards. Our vineyards are hidden among the Strekov hills, in the center of the Strekov wine region. We prepare wines according to the Authentic Charter, with a strict reduction in yield and spontaneous fermentation - mostly in wooden barrels. We exclude the use of any foreign substances, such as yeast, enzymes and various preparations, which, although they facilitate the life of the winemaker, but bring foreign tones into the wine and distort the true character of the Strek terroir.

We cordially invite you to sit in our cellar, which is located in the picturesque surroundings of Strekov vineyards.
We offer the possibility of tasting for groups from 6 to 20 people, during which you can get acquainted with our wines and our philosophy in a family atmosphere.
