Baroque one-room building of the apse-type type vaulted with a barrel vault with lunettes. It was built by Mikuláš Huta, the court of the Smolenice estate. Under the current modern painting, there are original frescoes of saints. Around the chapel there is a plague cemetery from 1713 - 1715.
