In the mouth of the Little Cold Valley, below the Lomnický ridge, at an altitude of 1475 m above sea level, a wooden cottage was built in 1943. Zamkovského cottage is often the destination of undemanding excursionists. Tourists crossing the Tatra highway between Hrebienok and Skalnata dolina, or those who continue to Mala Studena dolina, stop here more often. At present, the building has 6 rooms with 25 beds and shared bathroom facilities. On the ground floor of the cottage is a kitchen and a cozy dining room.
