In 2019, Michal Sekáč Park was established near the Municipal Office. A memorial plaque to Michal Sekáč / 1924 - 1991 / to a native of the village seated in the park was also unveiled. This exceptional and rare man, the breeder of the mini rose Ferka. The impetus for the creation of the park was 50 years since the founding of the organization of gardeners in Dolná Streda.
