The bank is a village in Slovakia, located on the left bank of the Váh at the foot of Považský Inovec in the immediate vicinity of Piešťany at an altitude of 177 m above sea level. The village is first mentioned under the name Banya (1292). Between 1973 and 1995, the village of Banka was merged with Piešťany.
