The legendary village of Šoldov in the cadastre of the village of Štrba began to be explored in 1951, at present it is the National Cultural Monument "Archaeological Site - the extinct medieval village of Šoldov". There are also preserved written records of the extinct village, but the reason why its inhabitants left it is still unknown.
An innovative idea is to identify points of interest with infotainments that serve visitors to obtain quick information. Point of interest, from English Point Of Interest (POI), we understand as a tourist or otherwise interesting place.
