The church together with the rotunda is a National Cultural Monument. Today's Church of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross dates from 1938. The project of the church was made by the architect A. Kapalín, who also impressively incorporated the ancient Romanesque rotunda into it. The baroque church of the exaltation of St. was added to the rotunda in the 18th century. of the Cross, which lasted until 1937, when it was decided to demolish it and build a new church.
