The tourist lookout on Marhát Hill was built in 2008 by the municipalities associated in the Microregion under Marhát - primarily by mayors and citizens. The observatory is 17 m high and offers an impressive view of the three self-governing regions - Nitriansky, Trnava and Bratislava. The view scenery is Považský Inovec, Tribeč, Vtáčnik, Biele Karpaty, from Galanta through Nitra, Topoľčany, Partizánske, Bánovce nad Bebravou, Nováky and from Tematín to Devín.
An innovative idea is to identify points of interest with infotainments that serve visitors to obtain quick information. Point of interest, from English Point Of Interest (POI), we understand as a tourist or otherwise interesting place.
