A smaller neo-Gothic building with a rectangular floor plan and a polygonal closure; built in 1903 by Baroness Michaela Fekete. Facades are divided by angled windows in shambrans and strip rustication. The walls of the building are supported by a series of supporting pillars. The main façade, in front of which there is a smaller terrace, is finished with a triangular tympanum with a relief of the Fekete coat of arms.
