Location of the statue of St. Ján Nepomucký in 1763 at the upper end of the village Dolné Dubové was not accidental, it was influenced by the usual rules. The statue stands under the cemetery, on an elevated spot at the crossroads near the bridge over the Dubovský stream. From a historical point of view, this is the oldest stone work, which is currently located in the cadastral area of the village of Dolné Dubové.
