The village of Demandice lies 19 km southeast of the district town of Levice and 16 km northwest of the town of Šahy, in the Yugoslav Basin in the southeastern part of the Levice Basin on the nearby Ipľa floodplain, in the Ipeľ Hills. The altitude in the middle of the village is 140 m above sea level and in the area 175 m above sea level - 205 m above sea level. It has alluvial and illimerized soils. The area of the Demandíc district is 4,017 ha.
