In Radošovce there is a primary school attended by 300 pupils from Radošovce and surrounding municipalities (Oreské, Lopašov, Chropov, Koválovec, Dubovce, Popudinské Močidľany, Častkov), a kindergarten for 80 children, a health center with a pediatrician's office, a general practitioner for adults and dentist. There is also a dental technician and a pharmacy. There is also a post office and offers its services to several entrepreneurs (grocery stores, other goods stores, hospitality, pizzeria, restaurant, two hairdressers, cosmetics, massages, manicure, solarium, etc.) Large cultural house serves citizens for cultural and private events . There are several sacral buildings in the village. The dominant feature of the village is the parish church of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary. "At the end" is the chapel of St. Stanislav, in Vieska the chapel of the Virgin Mary of the Seven Sorrows, in the Radošov vineyards the chapel of St. Urbana, in the vineyards in Vieska, the chapel of St. Welcome. On the square is a sculpture of St. Trinity (renovated in 2011).
