After completing their studies, SPŠE graduates can work competently in the field of electrical engineering and other industries, they also apply in the field of business, management, administration, etc. Several students continue their studies at universities in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Students also develop their knowledge and skills in several circles with a focus on electrical engineering, computer technology, robotics, economics, culture, sports, etc. Every year, students participate in various competitions and are successful in district, regional and national rounds. The school organizes professional excursions, literary and cognitive excursions around Slovakia, cognitive trips abroad, etc. A school library is available for students. The school is currently implementing several projects. The international EU project is implemented by SPŠE Piešťany together with the Czech SPŠ E. Beneš and the Břeclav Business Academy under the name Czech-Slovak student magazine Piknik. Through the magazine, students get acquainted with the culture and language of the other nation, they get to know each other through exchange internships. As part of the Junior Achievement Slovakia project, students of the Department of Technical and Informatics Services in Electrical Engineering establish fictitious student joint-stock companies at the school, which simulate a joint-stock company. Students thus learn to do business independently. Every year, the school participates in the international project ENERSOL. Students present their work and equipment for the use of various renewable energy sources and their impact on the environment. The school is also involved in the CISCO Networking Academy, through which students expand their knowledge of computer networks and the use of information technology in practice. After graduating from the academy, they will receive a CISCO academy certificate. SPŠE Piešťany maintains long-term partnerships with SŠEI and Ř in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. The folklore ensemble Slnečnica, operating at SPŠE in Piešťany, has been spreading Slovak folk culture at home and abroad for 30 years.
