Chapel of St. Vendelína

0 ratings
Rotunda's classicist chapel from the end of the 19th century, which ends with a bell tower. It was built by the Pálffy family as a family chapel, which is documented by an inscription on the facade of the chapel (For eternal rest to himself and his own. Jozef Pálffy, Count of Erdöd. 1896) as well as a wooden cross in the interior. The original altar with other furniture has been preserved in the chapel. From the inside, above the entrance, there is a beautiful coat of arms of the Bishop of Jáger from the original, older Baroque chapel in the cemetery.
