During the last renovation between 1994 and 2004, they covered the lower part of the monument with new polished stone slabs. They are re-engraved the names of soldiers from the First World War and also the names of 11 fallen soldiers from the Second World War. Among them are anti-fascist fighters from the aforementioned memorial plaque and also soldiers of the Slovak army, who in the previous regime were difficult to immortalize on the monument, as the Slovak army fought alongside Hitler's Germany.
The monument to the fallen is named Rudolf Matula (1891-1915), whose parents had a cross built in the village.
