The chapel was originally built as a smaller building in 1737 by local resident Ján Trebinský. The chapel got its current form through reconstruction in the second half of the 19th century. It is a one-nave longitudinal building with a polygonal presbytery arched by a conch, in the nave there is a view to the ceiling. The walls from the outside are divided by rusticated moldings, above there is a roof belfry built into the stile front facade. On the Feast of the Seven Deadly Sins, falling on August 15, a traditional pilgrimage with piety was performed at the chapel.
