The building stands not far from the old mansion (to the north) and is easily visible from the main road. The mansion is built according to the model of English and Scottish mansions in a kind of romantic pseudo-Gothic style. The mansion was nationalized after 1948 and later a political school was placed in it. In 1954, he acquired the building of the Institute of Lung and Respiratory Diseases. Since 1991, it has become a recreation center of the Ministry of Health.
