According to the founding inscription on the pedestal, in 1886 Štefan Krchnák and his wife Kristína were to build a central cross in the cemetery (probably on the new part of the expanded cemetery). At the bottom of the cross is the inscription: "IN HONOR OF GOD THE PRAGUE, THE STATE OF KRIS STINA'S WIFE, WAS BUILT KRCHNAK ŠTEFAN Ro 1886"
