A small slender chapel was built on the slope above the village in 1946 as a thank you for ending World War II. In the niche of the chapel is a statue of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. The place of reverence is complemented by a slender wooden cross, already a bit dilapidated. It was brought here during the consecration of the chapel in 1946 by a procession of young people in traditional costumes and they settled it by the chapel.
