Finalist of the Tree of the Year 2019 competition Jarabina oskorušová. Where there is a lone hazel today, there used to be many vineyards and fruit trees. They once wanted to make these vineyards cooperative meadows and uproot trees. But they tore a few chains on this hawthorn and not and did not defeat it. In the end, they were forced to leave it there and it therefore grows to this day. It proudly rises above the village and for the Neštišans it became a symbol for its tenacity with which it resisted crawler excavators and chains, weather and time.
