The oldest written records of settlement date back to 1871. It expanded after the partition of the property of Count Esterházy in 1924, when a colony of resettlers from central Slovakia and Moravia was established here. In r. In 1946, other inhabitants from Kšinná and the surrounding villages immigrated. Until r. In 1960 she was part of Senec, later Réce, from which she became independent. Since the establishment of the village on January 1, 2002, new houses have been built and further developed. The area of the cadastral territory of the village is 774 ha. In the village there is a bell tower and a monument to the SNP.
