The Vrátna Malá Fatra ski resort is exceptional for its location in Malá Fatra. In the national park there are three bases of the locality, which together form a ski resort - Paseky, Poludňový Grúň and Chleb. These three locations provide comfort and experience during the winter months for everyone. Vrátna Malá Fatra operates 14 km of slopes, where beginners, recreational skiers, snowboarders, active athletes, fans of extreme sports, as well as families with children, can enjoy themselves.
In Paseky, families with children will appreciate the Kids zone, where children will learn the basics of skiing and have a great time. Also in the resort there is the possibility of sledding directly on the hill. A varied program for children is provided by ski schools in the Vrátna Malá Fatra resort.
The noon green is the right place for demanding skiers, snowboarders, ski mountaineers and other fans of winter sports. At Chata na Grúni you can relax with refreshments and a sun terrace with sun loungers, where you can catch bronze and positive energy.
The Paseky and Poludňový Grúň locations offer ski slopes for everyone. There are blue, red and black slopes, most of which are artificially snowed, so the season every year, regardless of weather fluctuations, lasts more than 100 days. The four-seater cable car, 11 ski lifts and a children's park serve a total of 12 slopes from beginners to the 1550 m long Paseky ski slope, which is one of the most popular slopes in Slovakia due to its varied profile.
Thanks to the Chleb locality, Vrátna Malá Fatra is the right place for adrenaline riders. Bread is an ideal place for freeride, ski mountaineering, winter hiking, snowboarding, skiing. There is the steepest ski slope in Slovakia on Chleba! Freeride zones in this part of the resort are known far and wide, and with enough natural snow you can also ski the longest black piste in Slovakia, where you can overcome an elevation gain of up to 750 m on a 2000m length. In Oštiepková mulda you will find the steepest groomed piste in these parts, the steepest places of which exceed 50% of the slope. In case of sunny weather, you will surely experience the beauty of skiing, mountains and the Vrátna valley, which you will not forget.
Free parking in the resort is one of the main advantages of the Vrátna Malá Fatra ski resort as well as a ski bus running between the main platforms for cable cars (Paseky, Chleb).
Customers can ask and inform themselves in person at the information center located in Paseky. Of course in the resort there are rentals and services of ski equipment, or refreshments directly on the slope.
