We started our own cafe. Tiny space. Four tables. At the beginning a handful of customers. And their invaluable opinions and observations that gave us immediate feedback. It was a great school of practical knowledge about coffee and the operation of a cafe.
The company grew, customers began to increase in the private, corporate, as well as hotel, cafe and restaurant segments.
Watching the growing success of our coffee was a pleasant experience.
