The facade of the building was modified in the seventies of the 18th century in the Baroque-Classicist style. The manor house was restored and partially rebuilt in 1897.

After the final relocation of the count's family, Cyril Zbořil bought a manor house in Přerov in Moravia in 1928. Due to the uneconomical treatment of the property, Olomoucká banka, in which Zbořil was indebted, took over this property and in May 1935 sold the manor house with accessories and a park to the Economic Cooperative in Senice for grain storage.

Until the war, it served as a granary and during the war, the German army was housed here. After the war, the building was adapted to the needs of the primary school. In 1968, a new ZDŠ building was built and the manor house was vacated and sold to the state-owned company Zberné surovin, which served as the central warehouse for leather and feathers. In the autumn of 1988, the MNV managed to regain the economic part by a gratuitous transfer, and the municipality established the Municipal Office here. Due to the tense political situation in 1989, the manor was not acquired through the transfer. After the political change, the property-legal relations were adjusted and the manor house remained in private hands.

During the last owner, Appónyi, whose wife was an Englishwoman, they paid the greatest attention to building, expanding and maintaining the park. After gaining knowledge on trips around England, he also built a park in the style of English gardens. Two gardeners from Vienna, who from time to time were invited to Jablonice, made major changes to the park.

At the beginning of the 20th century, a tennis court was built in the northwestern part of the park for the needs of the Appónyi family. After their departure, he bought this part of the park for the garden of Mr. Gaža and after II. during World War II it was plowed and used together with the rest of the park between the two watercourses of the JRD as arable land. The part of the park between the manor house and Myjava is used by the municipality and is partly adapted to the needs of the local TJ (football field, grandstand and changing rooms).
