On the initiative of the burgher Heinrich Justi, Prešporok bought the area on the site of today's Horské park. They then modified this space and built walkways in it according to Anton Sendlein's project. During Justi's office, Prešporok was modernized in many areas. In 1908, the Bratislava Beautification Association commissioned H. Justi to build a monument in the form of an artificial rock wall in the central part of the Mountain Park. The bralo carried a large bronze plaque with Justi's portrait relief.
