The lookout point is located in the southeastern part of the Chvojnická pahorkatina on the border with the Myjavská pahorkatina, and its viewing platform, which is at a height of 5 meters, can be reached by 36 steps. The Teplica stream flows in the valley, which shaped the valley in the past and helped to create several water mills. From the lookout there is an excellent view not only of the Kunovská dam, the city of Senica or the Branč castle, but also of the surrounding area.
