It is built on a hill in front of the Catholic cemetery and is well visible from the central part of the village.
An old Christian church was built on this site in pre-Reformation times, used until 1840. The statue was unveiled on the occasion of the Christian jubilee - the millennium on September 30, 2000. Ecumenical services were also part of the rich cultural program. The author of the sculpture is the academic sculptor Miloš Vavro. It is made of an alloy of Karelian marble, it is 220 cm high. The plaque on the pedestal reads: On the occasion of the Great Jubilee of the birth of the Savior Jesus Christ, they had Rome built. cat. and Ev. and believers and citizens of Nové Sady - Sila - Čab AD 30.9.2000.
