Along the main road in the middle of Smolenice stands a wooden bell tower, which has a long history. The construction of the bell tower may have been restored several times, most recently in 1992, as recorded on a metal plate from the time of restoration. Until recently, the bell marked in 1775 remained in it. Today, it is no longer in the bell tower.
