It offers its services not only to the staff of the institute, but also to students of universities and secondary schools, employees of other institutions dealing with similar issues, as well as the entire professional and lay public.
The library's collection consists of approximately 13,275 library units. Every year, 65 periodical titles are published in the library, of which 45 are foreign. The library fills a database of books and journal articles, which contains more than 20,000 records.
