The Záhorské Museum in Skalica is a regional museum with activities in the Záhoria region. It is one of the oldest museums in Slovakia and is the oldest in the Trnava self-governing region. It was founded as the first nationally oriented private museum in 1905 by MUDr. Pavel Blaho. It has a permanent exhibition in the building of the House of Culture, designed by architect Dušan Jurkovič. Part of the exhibition Blahovská pokoj, which Jurkovič designed, is the only one designed and at the same time the oldest exhibition in Slovakia.
