It is a popular place especially among schools that take school trips here (military exercises) but also among all Košice residents, small or large. You can run, train, play football, volleyball, tennis, skate, hang out on the Hornád, there are playgrounds, refreshments, pubs but also a restaurant, swimming pool or children's area…
In the park you will also find a mineral spring known as Gajdovka or Vajcovka. And it still tastes good! But water helps with digestion and if you have indigestion, you will not find a better cure! You certainly won't buy anything like that in a loneliness!
