Barkány recorded several hundred, mostly damaged tombstones in the cemetery. Today, their number is smaller, according to the information board, before entering the cemetery, only about ten dozen of them are in good condition, while the total number of grave sites is about 150. In the middle of the cemetery was a spring with water, which separated male and female grave sites. The monument to it is a straight stream in the upper part of the cemetery next to it with a low wall made of excavated soil. Today, the stream is without water and trees are already growing directly from it.
The passportization of the graveyard graves was carried out by Ján Hevera in the period 2009-2011. According to her, it is the oldest preserved tombstone from 1860 and the last from 1938. J. Hevera published the results of his work on www.betkvarotjudaica.blogspot.com.
In 2008, the restoration of the cemetery began. Since then, its maintenance has been systematically devoted to the civic association Červenokamenské panstvo, which had a wooden entrance gate made in 2012. Later it was decorated with a symbolic candlestick. In 2017, the first four tombstones were restored and erected at the entrance behind the gate, and the following year another.
