In the cellar, the wine is fermented without control in barrels and open vats. Long aging on sediment without sulfur is a guarantee of wines with a strong terroir character. The style of wines produced by the so-called cachetinically, matured under flora and filled with sulfur-free sediment, they represent a return to the oldest production methods.
HEION, PORTA and NIGORI wines with their quiet archaic touch have a refreshing effect in the world of "noisy" modern wines.
The vineyards are located on the terraces of the Pohronská uplands . Ponds and a swampy stream create their own microclimate. The upper layer of soil is clayey-aluminous on marine sediments, sandstones and limestone veins. The deeper soil layers consist of yellow and blue-gray clay.
